Delivery charges are generally based on the size and weight of the product you purchase as well as your postal code. You can add a product to the cart and get a shipping estimate before you buy.

If there is a price drop on our website within 2 weeks of a purchase and you contact us, we will put a credit on your account for the difference. The credit must be used within one year. Please give us a call to discuss.

If your order is being shipped, all items on that order will ship together meaning items that are not on backorder will not ship until the backordered items are in stock. If you would like to have the items not on backorder shipped prior to the items on backorder, an additional shipping fee may be required. The X4R and X3R have the same motors and electronics. The differences are the look of the cart, the X3R is a little heavier in the front end, lower to the ground (smaller diameter wheels) and the X3R does not have an adjustable upper handle.
Please clean all dirt and debris from your caddy, lubricate the axles with Vaseline, charge your battery and remote (MGI Models) after your last round and unplug it from the charger, for Bat-Caddy models, remove the batteries from the remote. Store the caddy and battery in a warm place, charge your battery and remote (MGI models) every 2 months (it won’t take long) and unplug from charger, charge your battery and remote (MGI models) fully before your first round in the spring.

After ordering you will receive by email a confirmation notification from us. The next communication will be that your order has shipped with tracking information.
Yes, immediately after you place your order you will receive an invoice by email.
Your lithium battery leads, casing and connections should be regularly inspected for damage and wear.
If your leads or connections are in need of repair or replacement, please contact your local On The Go Leisure repair centre for assistance immediately.
Under no circumstances should a Lithium Battery that has been dropped, damaged or immersed in water be connected to a buggy or charger. By doing so you may create a fire hazard or risk the battery catching fire. Please contact the On The Go Leisure Service Centre to arrange a replacement.
Your trolley is designed to be used in all conditions however a level of caution is required when operating your trolley in wet conditions.
When playing in wet conditions, we recommend carrying a hand towel to wipe away any excessive water from the top box.
Keep your trolley on the fairway and paths when possible and avoid boggy terrain and puddles.
Your trolley is designed to be as resistant to wet conditions as possible however they are not waterproof.
Under no circumstances should you clean your trolley using a pressure washer or hose.
We recommend cleaning away excess debris with a brush and wiping the trolley down with a damp cloth.
Damage to the drive system and electronics due to water ingress is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered under warranty.
If you experience an issue after playing in wet conditions, please make contact with your Proshop or our Service Centre.
Yes. Charge your new battery for at least 8 hours or overnight before use. The battery charger light will turn to green indicating that the battery is fully charged.
- Disconnect the battery from the buggy
- Hold down the Stop Button on the Remote until both the Lock and Unlock buttons are illuminated – then release the Stop Button.
- Reconnect the battery
- The Remote will synchronize with the Top Box – the process will be complete once the Lock and Unlock buttons are no longer illuminated
Please note, if you do not connect the Navigator, as per point 3, with a battery, the Remote will exit Pairing after one minute
Do not leave the battery handle engaged when you stop playing as it will drain your battery.
It is recommended to service your trolley every 12 months or every 500km to ensure optimal performance of your buggy.
