We strive to provide the best golf trolleys in Canada, however from time to time your caddy may need repair. All our trolleys are covered by a manufacturers warranty (see warranty link below). Most warranty repairs can be resolved by sending a replacement part, however if it’s something more serious please contact us by email or phone for a Return Authorization Number. If a golf trolley does need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging. If an ORIGINAL BOX is not available for the return, we are happy to ship a box for the return at the customer’s expense. All returns are at the customers expense unless agreed otherwise prior to the return. Any return received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
